Beesley's standard 1/8" cord is diamond braided polyester. It comes on sturdy all-metal spools. The diamond braid construction gives the cord a textured feel that helps to prevent slipping in cord adjusters. Cut the cord with a pair of diagonal cutters and melt the ends to prevent fraying. With a tensile strength of 450 lbs, 1020 cord is strong enough for nipple water lines, curtains, and vent doors. #1021 is the same material and construction as #1020 and boasts a tensile strength over twice that of the competition's standard 3/16" cord. It works well with our #1023 cord adjuster. The tin reels allow smooth rolling during installation and also minimize damage when dropped. Use #1021 diamond braid polyester cord on curtain zigzags.
