Yes, depending on the job, generally A2 Ventures will asign a current team member to train you throughout the course of 1-year on everything your job entails.
Depending on the job position you apply for, generally only our equipment installers and general construction team work out of town. Usually our out of town work is only 3-4 days before returning back.
Housing and meals are provided when working out of town.
